"Set in picturesque parkland with beautiful gardens, water gardens and superb views it is a perfect setting for rare animals. All seven endangered pig breeds are here together with 13 breeds of sheep, 5 equines, 3 different goat breeds and much more. The poultry unit has 18 types of chicken and 3 turkey, and Rabbit World has over 50 different breeds - the largest collection in the world. There is a woodland walk, picnic and play area, shop and café. Also see the famous Pork Stakes pig race held at weekends and school holidays until September. Come and see for yourself why we're twice winner of "Best Family Attraction in Wiltshire."

An excavation was conducted at the Rare Breeds Farm during 2002 to investigate a possible Iron Age farmstead. More information can be found at http://www.contextone.co.uk/cap.html
